Delivery Information

Estimated delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

If the order exceeds our weight limit through our standard carriers or you have a bulky order, a member of our Customer Service Team with contact you with a freight quote within 24hours. Mainlinen does not make any money on freight charges and will always endeavour ship your order the most cost effective way.

For Express, shipping additional charges will apply.

Any orders that contain products that are on backorder will be contact by our Customer Service Team to confirm how you would like your order dispatched.

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking information. For any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us on (07) 5437 8544.

If the products are available for dispatch, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment. A printed Packing Slip will be included with the delivery of your order.

Authority to leave is applied to all deliveries. If you do not wish to have your order left on site without a signature, please state this in the comment section when completing the checkout process.

For most deliveries Australia wide, you should allow for 2-5 working days.
Deliveries to regional areas can take between 5-10 working days.
The estimated delivery time will be calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery dates are only estimates and we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays may not always allow these times to be possible.

If you have chosen to collect your order we will be in contact once your order is ready for pick up.
