A minimum charge of $11.95 postage Australia wide on standard box deliveries. For Express shipping additional charges will apply.
If the order exceeds our weight limit through our standard carrier or you have a bulky order, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team with a freight quote within 24hours.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
If all items on the order are not available to dispatch together you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to confirm how you would like your order dispatched.
Once your order has been completed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact our Customer Service Team on (07) 5437 8544 or email@example.com.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a tracking number for each delivery. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number.
If the products are available to dispatch when your order is placed, we aim to dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days. A printed Packing Slip will be included with the delivery of your order. Please hold on this as it will be your proof of purchase.
Authority to leave is applied to all deliveries if you do not wish to have your order left on site without a signature please state this in the comment section when completely the checkout process.
For most deliveries Australia wide you should allow for 2-5 working days. Deliveries to regional areas can take between 5-10 working days. The estimated delivery time depends on the postal address and is calculated from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
The delivery dates are only an estimate and we will do our best to deliver your order within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays may not always allow these times to be possible.
